Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Freelance GMAT Tutor to provide personalized instruction to students preparing for the Graduate Management Admission Test. The ideal candidate will have strong teaching skills, a passion for helping students succeed, and experience in tutoring or classroom settings. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective GMAT tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to enhance student understanding and performance
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Provide clear explanations of complex concepts related to quantitative reasoning, verbal skills, and analytical writing
• Support students in developing test-taking strategies and time management skills
• Maintain detailed records of student sessions, progress, and feedback
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student motivation and confidence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with GMAT preparation or standardized tests
• Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and instructions
• Classroom experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage flexible tutoring schedules
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals
• Mandarin knowledge is an asset

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
