About The Job Role

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused AI Video Producer & Cinematographer

to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of filmmaking, content creation, advertising, and

AI-powered production.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on cinematography experience and a genuine

interest in leveraging AI tools for creative storytelling. You will be responsible for producing

high-quality podcasts, founder content, marketing campaigns, ad films, and AI-assisted creative

projects from concept to execution.

GrowthSchool HQ in Bangalore. (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Cinematography

• Plan and execute multi-camera podcast shoots.
• Handle studio and office-based productions independently.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
• Execute green screen shoots and controlled studio productions.
• Manage shoot setups from pre-production to wrap-up.
• Ensure high production quality across all video content.
• Shoot founder content, interviews, educational content, and marketing assets.
• Maintain production equipment and studio readiness.

AI Content Creation

• Work with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
• Assist in creating AI-driven marketing campaigns and content.
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows.
• Support AI-based content production pipelines.
• Contribute to AI-assisted ad film creation and visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI and creative technology.

Creative Development

• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Contribute to script writing and creative ideation.
• Support the development of ad films and branded content.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Bring innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement.

Post Production

• Edit both long-form and short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,

or equivalent.

• Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup.
• Deliver content optimized for multiple platforms and formats.
• Organize and maintain project files and media assets.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Ownership & Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
• Manage production schedules and logistics.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cinematography and video production.
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
• Experience handling podcast shoots, interview setups, and studio productions.
• Ability to independently execute shoots from setup to delivery.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or

equivalent.

• Basic hands-on experience with AI creative tools (0-6 months or more).
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation workflows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with green screen production workflows.
• Experience creating advertisements, branded content, or marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI video generation platforms and creative AI tools.
• Experience working in content, media, startup, or creator-focused environments.
• Understanding of social media content formats and performance-driven storytelling.
