Role Description
Growing Minds Child Development Center is currently seeking licensed pediatric therapy professionals to join our growing team.
This is a flexible, community-based opportunity for clinicians interested in providing services in home, school, daycare, and community settings. We are building a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and families.
We are currently connecting with:
- Occupational Therapists (OT)
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Behavioral Therapists / RBTs
Responsibilities may include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, supporting functional skill development, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Active Maryland license or certification in your respective field (required)
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and functional skill building
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach
