Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Regional Sales Manager - Projects. The primary responsibilities include managing regional sales activities and developing strategies to achieve business goals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth, monitor market trends, and ensure successful project execution.

  • Proven experience in sales management, strategic planning, and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
