Job Description

Black Car Premium is a fast-growing Boston-based luxury transportation company providing airport transfers, chauffeur services, and corporate travel.

We are looking for a highly driven Business Developer to help us expand aggressively by bringing in new clients, partnerships, and consistent bookings.

This is a **results-driven role** — if you are someone who enjoys outreach, closing deals, and building relationships, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Lead Generation
  • Send **100–150 cold emails daily** to potential clients and partners.

Identify and target:

  • Hotels
  • Travel agencies
  • Airbnb hosts
  • Corporate offices
  • Event planners

Follow-Up System:

  • Execute **5–7 follow-ups per lead**
  • Maintain consistent communication until response or closure
  • SMS & Client Outreach
  • Send SMS campaigns to warm leads and past clients
  • Re-engage inactive customers
  • Partnership Development

Build and close partnerships with:

  • Hotels
  • Travel agents
  • Corporate clients

Objective: Create long-term booking channels

  • Lead & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and conversations

Track:

  • Outreach
  • Follow-ups
  • Deal status
  • Performance Reporting

Submit daily reports including:

  • Emails sent
  • Follow-ups completed
  • Replies received
  • Meetings booked
  • Deals closed

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (KPIs)

Daily:

  • 100+ emails sent
  • 50+ follow-ups
  • 50+ SMS outreach

Weekly:

  • 5–10 qualified conversations
  • 2–5 meetings booked

Monthly:

  • 5–10 new partnerships
  • Measurable increase in bookings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in **sales, business development, or outreach**
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach consistently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary + performance-based commission
  • Commission tied to:
  • Partnerships closed
  • Bookings generated

High performers will earn significantly more

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE, Within 30–60 days:

  • You have built a strong pipeline of leads
  • Established multiple partnerships
  • Contributing to daily bookings growth

IMPORTANT

This is a **performance-based role**.

We are not looking for someone who just “sends emails.

We are looking for someone who can:

Generate leads

Build relationships

Close deals
