Now Hiring: Marketing Representative (Temple Hills) Grellis Construction 4518 Beech Rd compensation: $18/hr plus commission employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Marketing Representative We're looking for the the Best! Looking for excellent marketers to join our team and help us connect with more customers! Partime hours for initial hires with a chance for promotion/advancement in future. 8:30am-12:30pm Monday-Thursday What You'll Do: Warm, cold calling Inbound calls internet calls will be performed Work at local home shows to promote our services and generate leads Reschedule customer appointments for estimates Enter and manage appointment results in our customer database Dispatch confirmed appointments to our sales representatives Troubleshoot scheduling issues and handle tasks with little supervision Perform additional duties as needed to support the team What We're Looking For: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Experience in marketing or phone-based customer outreach is preferred Friendly, professional, and confident communicator What We Offer: Competitive pay: $18/hr plus commission A fast-paced and supportive work environment Opportunities to learn and grow in marketing and sales support If you're dependable, proactive, and ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you!
