Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Merchandiser located in Peddemul. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team with daily operations, including coordination with suppliers, managing product inventory, assisting in product selection, and collaborating with retailers to meet sales targets. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and monitoring market trends to contribute to product development strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Sales and Retail operations to support merchandising and inventory management
• Understanding of Marketing strategies to assist in product promotions and campaigns
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable and ethical sourcing practices is a plus
