Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Agri Sales Executives to promote and sell our bio-fertilizer and bio-fungicide products. The role involves dealer development, farmer meetings, field visits, product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Candidates with experience in agricultural input sales such as fertilizers, pesticides, bio-products, micronutrients, or seeds are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor network
- Visit farmers and conduct field-level product promotion
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings
- Build strong relationships with agri dealers and retailers
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Support payment collection and follow-ups
- Travel regularly within assigned territory
Requirements
- Experience in agri-input sales preferred
- Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, bio-inputs, or agricultural products
- Strong communication and field-selling skills
- Tamil speaking mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with existing dealer/farmer network
- Experience in bio-fertilizers, bio-fungicides, or organic agriculture products
- B.Sc Agriculture / B.Sc Horticulture / Diploma in Agriculture preferred
- Passion for agriculture and field sales
Salary & Benefits
