Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

• Generate new leads through field visits, market mapping, and channel partners
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; drive closures
• Engage customers to understand requirements and support solution selling
• Work with dealers, EPCs, and partners to drive business
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project execution
• Ensure regular follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and timely closures
• Maintain CRM updates, MIS reports, and sales discipline
