Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within IT services or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through effective relationship management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
