A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Temporary Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the “go-to” resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie’s ability to win deals.
YOU WILL:
- Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
- Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
- Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
- Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
- Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requests
- Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
- A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
- A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong internal customer-service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency
