Job Description
GrassOva is a fast-growing Canadian brand selling a 2-in-1 privacy fence solution used by homeowners, contractors, warehouses, and daycares.
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative focused on outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
This is not a passive marketing role. Your main responsibility is to generate and close opportunities through direct outreach.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential customers (contractors, property owners, businesses)
- Generating qualified leads and booking sales calls
- Following up with leads via phone, email, and SMS
- Managing pipeline and tracking conversations
- Closing deals or handing off qualified leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales
- Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent English
- Self-managed and performance-driven
Compensation
- $20/hour base
- Commission on closed deals
- Performance bonuses for booked meetings and conversions
Expected KPIs
- Daily calls: 50–100
- Weekly booked meetings: 10+
- Monthly closed deals target
