Job Description

GrassOva is a fast-growing Canadian brand selling a 2-in-1 privacy fence solution used by homeowners, contractors, warehouses, and daycares.

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative focused on outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.

This is not a passive marketing role. Your main responsibility is to generate and close opportunities through direct outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling potential customers (contractors, property owners, businesses)
  • Generating qualified leads and booking sales calls
  • Following up with leads via phone, email, and SMS
  • Managing pipeline and tracking conversations
  • Closing deals or handing off qualified leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales
  • Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluent English
  • Self-managed and performance-driven

Compensation

  • $20/hour base
  • Commission on closed deals
  • Performance bonuses for booked meetings and conversions

Expected KPIs

  • Daily calls: 50–100
  • Weekly booked meetings: 10+
  • Monthly closed deals target
