Bath & Body Works is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Store Managers to lead store operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Vizag. The role involves driving sales, managing store teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and profitability
• Manage and lead store team performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and store experience
• Monitor store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Handle inventory management and shrinkage control
• Ensure compliance with store operations and audits

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in retail/store management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in sales achievement
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Experience in fashion / beauty / lifestyle retail preferred
