Job Description
Gracie Barra Manotick is seeking an experienced and motivated Muay Thai Program Director to lead an already established and thriving striking program.
This role is ideal for a high-level practitioner who can maintain strong standards, lead with confidence, and continue growing an existing program within a professional martial arts environment.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (flexible based on programming needs)
Responsibilities
- Lead Muay Thai and kickboxing classes for kids and adults
- Maintain a high standard of coaching, structure, and professionalism
- Uphold and reinforce the existing program expectations and culture
- Support student development from beginner to competition level
- Contribute to program growth through retention and member experience
- Assist with gradings, events, and team development
Qualifications
- Strong background in Muay Thai and/or kickboxing
- Coaching experience is required
- Amateur or professional fight experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead classes with confidence, structure, and authority
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term growth
