Hiring for Customer Service Representative – FIS (Green Dot Process) | Work From Home

We are currently hiring customer-focused professionals for the FIS – Green Dot process, supporting a leading U.S.-based financial services platform powered by Green Dot Corporation. This role involves assisting international customers with prepaid cards, banking services, and transaction-related queries in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound interactions from U.S.-based customers. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to prepaid cards and banking services
  • Assist customers with card activation, account access, and transaction-related concerns
  • Resolve issues such as declined transactions, balance discrepancies, and disputes
  • Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain service quality standards and meet defined performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates (freshers are welcome to apply)
  • HSC (12th pass) with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience (mandatory)
  • Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems

Work Model

  • Initial 1 month: Work from Office (training and onboarding phase)
  • Post training: Permanent Work From Home

Work From Home Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 100 Mbps stable broadband connection
  • Reliable power backup (inverter/UPS) to ensure uninterrupted work
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal background disturbance
