Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician

We're partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor that is looking to add a skilled Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician to its growing team in the Washington, DC area. If you have experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment and enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Install, replace, and retrofit HVAC components and equipment as needed.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while following industry standards.
• Accurately complete service reports and communicate findings with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a professional attitude while working at commercial job sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• EPA certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Compensation: $72,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
