Role Overview:

As a SaaS Account Executive at our Chennai office, you will play a crucial role in driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Your success in this position will be driven by your sales intelligence, consultative skills, and ability to navigate complex SaaS sales processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and partner channels.
  • Conduct high-quality product demos and presentations customized to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiation, objection handling, and successfully closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth and explore expansion opportunities in new markets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide reliable forecasting, and deliver performance reports.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers such as Founders, CMOs, and Marketing Leaders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the SaaS industry, understand competitors, and adapt to evolving buyer needs.

Qualifications Required:

  • 25 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
  • Track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and value-based selling principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment that encourages on-site collaboration.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools, sales intelligence platforms, and intent data systems is a plus.
