Electrical Raceway installation Foreman for Commercial Solar Contractor

Gordian Energy Systems is growing rapidly and has an immediate need for a Raceway Installation foremen to join our Commercial Solar team. Gordian Energy Systems provides ongoing training and opportunities for advancement in the rapidly changing commercial solar field.

Responsibilities

• Layout and planning of daily work requirements.
• Lead small crew for various solar installations and service work.
• Drive to jobsite each day.
• With attention to detail and work plan, safely lead team to completion of tasks planned for the day and week.
• Install various types of cable, wiring, cable as required. Perform easy modifications.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of construction experience.
• Experience working in electric, or HVAC or plumbing construction.
• 1 or more years of leading crew, planning jobs, managing workday.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measurements.
• Able to work at heights on ladders or lifts.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred, but not required:

• Electrical knowledge and background.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• High school or greater degree.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
