You develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. As a Compliance Analyst within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, you will execute critical workstreams for the Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) program with high autonomy. You will serve as a technical enabler, applying a deep understanding of cloud product compliance to manage Authorization to Operate (ATO) efforts and ensure continuous authorization for Google Public Sector systems. A primary focus of this role is the modernization of compliance operations through Google-native generative AI. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, streamline compliance analysis, and transform traditional governance processes, utilizing apps script and workspace integrations to scale risk management, accelerate the generation of ATO artifacts (such as SSPs and POA&Ms), and enable real-time compliance monitoring, planning and executing project-level tasks for both new accreditation efforts and the maintenance of existing public sector authorizations, identifying compliance gaps, addressing escalated issues, and recommending innovative, scalable solutions to improve the accreditation lifecycle.Google Public Sector (https://about.google/intl/ALL\_us/public-sector/#:~:text=We) brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
