Job description

We are looking for an Executive Chef to work at the airport! You will be responsible for the daily operations of this full-service restaurant, including ensuring standards are met, visibility of restaurants within the airport, and exceeding guest expectations.

Executive Chef Competencies:

Full-service upscale scratch kitchen restaurant background
Customer and hospitality-focused
Ensures quality, consistency, and speed
Numbers savvy - food cost, inventory
Pleasant, polite manner, and a desire to train the team
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
Great communicator

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Must be eligible for and maintain SIDA badge required to work in airport
Must be ServSafe certified
Must maintain applicable state health and alcohol compliance card
