Restaurant Manager

Location: Washington, DC

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a hospitality leader who thrives in a polished, high-energy restaurant environment? We're partnering with one of the Washington, DC area's most respected restaurant groups to find an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of its flagship upscale dining concepts.

What You'll Do

Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team focused on hospitality and execution.
Manage labor, scheduling, and operational performance to achieve financial goals.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that values accountability and growth.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual concept.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
Experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance.
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Stable work history with opportunities for progression.
