About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial PUF-insulated roofing and cladding projects from mobilization to final handover.

2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.

4. Supervise installation of PUF panels, structural steel, flashings, gutters, and associated works as per approved drawings and specifications.

5. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards.

6. Manage site manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and daily site activities.

7. Coordinate procurement, delivery, and material planning to avoid delays.

8. Prepare and submit RA bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and project documentation.

9. Attend client meetings, resolve site issues, and provide regular progress updates.

10. Ensure successful project completion within the timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is preferred.
5. Willing to travel and work at project sites.
