Overview
Goliath Grower Services is hiring an Administrative & Executive Support Contractor for an 8-week contract running through April and May, with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a mix of administrative, executive support, HR coordination, and staffing schedule management in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Type: Contractor Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across business operations
- Support executive-level coordination, follow-up, and task tracking
- Manage staffing schedules and support workforce coordination across scheduling platforms
- Update and maintain shift coverage, schedule changes, and staffing records accurately
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
- Track information, organize files, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities
- Help improve workflow efficiency through strong organization and communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience using staff scheduling platforms
- Deputy experience is a strong asset and will be prioritized
- Strong administrative and executive support background
- Experience supporting HR or people-related administrative processes
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and confidence working with detailed data
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently with a high level of initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a contractor capacity
