Overview

The Financial Analyst role entails working collaboratively with clients to provide comprehensive Financial Analysis and Accounting support. The candidate is also expected to support other teams, working on equity research & analytics.

The primary focus of financial analysis is on understanding the key drivers of the business. This position involves data gathering, monitoring, and analytics, as well as the development of revenue and predictive models. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and working closely with top management.

In accounting, the team provides end-to-end solutions for the Accounts Payable team. The focus is on understanding the flow of the accounts payable from invoice processing to reconciliations of financial statements including payments to the vendors etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis support for business segments within the relevant industry.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to create and update reports for internal management.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis across the organization.
• Modify existing financial models and develop new models for projecting various business aspects.
• Review vendor invoices, statements, etc for timely processing of invoices and credit memos. Resolve any discrepancies by coordinating with the client and vendors.
• Monitor accounts to make sure payments are up to date. Help produce and analyze daily, monthly reports.
• Reconciliation of AP payables, vendor ledgers and other related records.
• Provide any ad hoc support whenever required, including online research, data analytics, creating dashboards, etc.

Key Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Analysis & Reporting.
• Basic knowledge of the Crypto Market is recommended, but not mandatory.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting budgeted financials using various pictorial representations.
• Working experience in backend accounts payable operations.
• Quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills.
• Academic strength, strong teamwork, communication skills and a high energy level.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Charts, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint presentations (PPT). Experience in using Google sheets is a plus.
• Should be flexible in adopting new accounting and financial ERPs.

Qualification: CA / CMA / CS / CWA (Mandatory from Inter level completed or pursuing final stage). Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred from a reputed institute. Highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
