Job Description
As a Luxury Segment Channel Partner Sales with 3+ years of experience in Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving sales through broker and partner networks by leveraging strong relationships and ensuring consistent deal flow and closures. Your key responsibilities include:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Luxury Segment Channel Sales or relevant broker/network-driven sales
- Strong existing network of channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners
- Excellent relationship management skills to onboard, engage, and retain partners
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities via indirect sales channels
Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Number of active channel partners onboarded
- Lead generation and site visits through CPs
- Conversion ratio and closures via CP channel
- Revenue contribution from channel partner network
- Partner engagement and retention levels
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate core competencies including:
- Expertise in channel partner acquisition, onboarding, and activation
- Ability to drive site visits and closures through CP network
- Understanding of CP commission structures, payouts, and deal alignment
- Market intelligence awareness of competitor CP strategies and broker ecosystem
- Proficiency in managing sales pipeline and lead flow through partners
In terms of communication and personality, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Strong presentation and influencing skills to engage with brokers and partners
- Professionalism, confidence, and networking ability to build long-term relationships
