What You’ll Do:
Research & Analysis
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates
- Develop and scale keyword strategies for growth
- Analyze conversion data and attribution models to drive insights
- Build budget forecasts and performance strategies
Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Drive revenue through omnichannel performance marketing strategies
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to optimize campaigns
- Automate workflows and improve team efficiency
Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Success Managers to develop growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve performance challenges
- Deliver projects within weekly and monthly timelines
Reporting & Insights
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Track key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in performance marketing (2+ years hands-on with Google Ads)
- Strong expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and other channels
- Proven experience managing medium to large budgets
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to make quick decisions and
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus)
