Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail.

• Front Office & Reservation Management: Manage front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Event Coordination & Banquet Support: Oversee the planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring seamless service.
• Cost Control & Vendor Management: Monitor operational costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
• PMS & MS Office Proficiency: Utilize PMS and MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
