Senior A/C Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior A/C Technician to manage and maintain HVAC systems at Maple High Street Mall. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of all air conditioning systems including centralized and VRV/VRF systems within the mall premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Handling VRV/VRF systems, Chillers, AHU (Air Handling Units), FCU (Fan Coil Units).
• Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all A/C units.
• Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs to avoid downtime.
• Ensure proper cooling across common areas, shops, and office spaces.
• Monitor energy efficiency and suggest cost-saving improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with electrical and maintenance protocols.
• Supervise junior technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRV/VRF & centralized cooling systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Good understanding of electrical components related to A/C systems.
• Team handling and supervision skills.
• Basic documentation and reporting knowledge.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in mall / commercial building maintenance.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates from Bhopal or nearby areas will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
