Technical Delivery Manager

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a 5+years experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives while ensuring strong governance across ERP systems, IT risk management, AML compliance, and emerging AI technologies. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, risk oversight, and delivery management to support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects involving ERP platforms, IT risk frameworks, and enterprise applications.
• Manage IT risk and vulnerability management processes, ensuring identification, remediation, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Oversee initiatives related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems and regulatory technology solutions.
• Drive implementation and integration of Generative AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to engineering and delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience managing delivery of ERP-based enterprise technology projects.
• Hands-on experience in IT risk management and vulnerability management processes.
• Proven experience working with AML systems or financial compliance technologies.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI technologies and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage complex delivery programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
