Sr. Software Engineer - DevOps

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a Senior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

• Lead and drive DevOps initiatives, establishing best practices and mentoring team members
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, UrbanCode Deploy, and Ansible
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift 4 and/or Azure)
• Develop automation tools and platform solutions using Python, Groovy, JavaScript, or Angular
• Implement and support AI-driven solutions using LLMs, including RAG pipelines and MCP agents
• Manage and optimize NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch
• Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate operational tasks
• Support and optimize machine learning or data-intensive systems in cloud environments

Must-Haves:

• Proven hands-on experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, UrbanCode Deploy, Ansible)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in DevOps and mentoring teams
• Deep expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift 4 and/or Azure)
• Strong programming experience in Python, Groovy, JavaScript, or Angular
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MCP agents
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as OpenShift 4 and/or Azure
