Senior Full-Stack Java Developer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will sit at the critical intersection of technical development and product strategy. You won't just write code; you will be the architect of seamless system integrations, bridging the gap between complex backend ecosystems and intuitive product management. Your mission is to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable transactions across our global platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) And React.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UI components aligned with UX/UI designs.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Hands-on expertise in React
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Git and version control practices
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional Java development experience, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
• Communication: Full professional fluency in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A background in FinTech or Financial Services is a significant plus.
