Entry Level Accountant

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to support our accounting team in day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support the month-end and year-end close process
• Help prepare financial statements and internal reporting packages
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processing
• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash tracking activities
• Help ensure accuracy of financial records and documentation
• Support payroll processing and related data entry tasks
• Assist in preparing audit and tax documentation as needed
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable)
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus, not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
