Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Farmer role based in Sangli. The Farmer will be responsible for cultivating crops, maintaining fields, managing irrigation, monitoring plant health, and ensuring sustainable farming practices. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining farming equipment, managing pest control, and preparing produce for distribution.
