Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Consultant to handle client consultations, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth in the Skin Care & Wellness segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records and daily sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales / Counseling, preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Ready to relocate to East New Delhi after training.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
