Job Location After Training: East New Delhi

Training Duration: 10–15 Days (Unpaid)

Training Support: ₹500 per day for accommodation and meals (settled on the last day of training)

Agreement: 2-year employment agreement

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Consultant to handle client consultations, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth in the Skin Care & Wellness segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
• Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client records and daily sales reports.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales / Counseling, preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
• Ready to relocate to East New Delhi after training.
• Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
