Job Description
As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager at Glamox MOW, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the flow of product information within the business and drive improvement initiatives across product portfolios. Your role will begin with owning documentation and assortment for MOW products and later expand into managing projects to support Product Managers in executing at scale.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and continuously improve documentation and assortment management processes.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date product data across key systems such as PIM, CRM, and the website.
- Act as the MOW lead user for the PIM (inRiver) system, driving improvements, training, and process alignment.
- Collaborate with factories and Product Managers to ensure timely and correct documentation for all MOW products.
- Identify opportunities for smarter data handling and automation.
- Lead documentation projects including data clean-up, product launches, and process standardization.
- Prioritize documentation efforts based on business impact and customer value.
- Lead the MOW assortment process to maintain a competitive and lean product portfolio.
- Provide guidance on data quality, structure, and efficiency, and train colleagues in processes and tools.
- Take on cross-portfolio initiatives such as standardizing and improving ways of working across various functions.
- Support pricing and commercial enablement workstreams in partnership with Product Managers and Sales.
- Assist in strategy support, project leadership, and facilitating decision-making processes.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, IT or tech product/operations roles, process improvement, business analysis, data analysis, or similar fields.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis; experience with BI tools or basic programming is a plus.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of business systems connectivity (PIM, ERP, CRM, web) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a bonus.
