You are an experienced Senior Project Manager in Construction & Facilities (C&F) looking to join a major office space expansion initiative in Bangalore for one of the world's largest retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end construction and fit-out projects
- Manage budgets, timelines, risk analysis, and vendor coordination
- Drive tendering and contracting activities
- Coordinate with design, facilities, security, logistics, and technology teams
- Ensure smooth project execution with strong stakeholder management
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in retail/commercial construction project management
- Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and project execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore preferred
- Immediate/Early joiners highly preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
