We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager – Construction & Facilities (C&F) for one of the world’s largest retail client. This role is part of a major office space expansion initiative in Bangalore.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end construction and fit-out projects
• Manage budgets, timelines, risk analysis, and vendor coordination
• Drive tendering and contracting activities
• Coordinate with design, facilities, security, logistics, and technology teams
• Ensure smooth project execution with strong stakeholder management
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in retail/commercial construction project management
• Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and project execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Candidates currently based in Bangalore preferred
• Immediate/Early joiners highly preferred

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
