• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and safety regulations
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or a relevant field is required; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is critical
