We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team, someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of social media, and takes pride in doing things well.

About the role

This position blends content creation, planning, and client collaboration. You’ll work with a variety of clients, helping bring their brand to life through social media in a way that feels intentional and aligned.

No two days look exactly the same; some will be focused on planning and writing, while others will be on capturing content or refining details.

The role is in-person in Regina, Saskatchewan. Applicants must be able to attend an in person interview.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in social media content creation
• Is comfortable working independently and managing their time
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve or elevate the work
• Communicates well and feels confident interacting with clients
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can adapt as priorities shift
• Is open to feedback and values growth in their role

Key skills:

• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve or other editing software
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom
• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• General familiarity with Adobe Creative tools
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and trends

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and executing social media content across platforms
• Writing clear, engaging captions tailored to each brand
• Capturing and editing photo and video content
• Managing posting schedules and staying organized across accounts
• Collaborating with our internal creative team
• Contributing ideas and continuously refining content
