Additionally, you will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, adhering to road safety guidelines, and addressing customer queries professionally.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering different types of packages like apparels, appliances, and food items
• Verifying recipients details before handing over the package
• Updating delivery status upon completion
• Accepting payments and maintaining transaction records
• Ensuring proper handling of the company vehicle
• Adhering to road safety guidelines and traffic rules
• Checking for alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic
• Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly
• Checking for discrepancies in packages
• Obtaining recipients signature upon delivery
• Reporting incidents to the supervisor
• Seeking customer feedback and maintaining reports
• Prioritizing deliveries based on locations and items
• Coordinating with team members and dispatchers
• Keeping track of shipments and inventory
• Reporting any damaged packages immediately

Qualifications required for this role:

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Previous experience as a Delivery Boy in the Logistics industry
• Possession of a valid identification card and drivers license
• Knowledge of traffic rules and road safety guidelines
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Physical fitness to handle package deliveries
• Ability to work in irregular hours and extreme weather conditions
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation technologies
• Reliability, punctuality, and vigilance
• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
