Role Title / Role: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Build a region-first marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals, pipeline targets, and GTM priorities
- Collaborate with sales and extended marketing team to define Idean Customer Profiles (ICPs), channel mix, funnel metrics, and campaign roadmap
- Help localize messaging, offers, and positioning for USA diverse buyer segments
Revenue Generation & Lead Management.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads and directly contribute to revenue targets.
- Build and optimize demand generation programs across digital channels, events, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Establish lead scoring frameworks and work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization.
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline metrics and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing investments.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM systems to track the customer journey from awareness to closed deals.
- Drive funnel forecasting, budgeting, and monthly marketing performance reviews.
Demand Generation & Channel Execution
- Lead full-funnel execution across inbound (SEO, content), paid media (search, social, affiliates), partner-led plays, and events
- Own regional campaign planning, launch, optimization, and performance tracking
- Use buyer behavior and lifecycle data to personalize campaigns and improve conversion rates
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve our brand positioning to differentiate our healthcare technology services in a competitive market
- Build brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic PR, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships
- Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Create compelling storytelling around customer success stories and our impact on healthcare delivery
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across events, campaigns, and partnership.
- Establish marketing processes, workflows, and performance dashboards
- Manage the marketing budget effectively with clear allocation toward high-ROI activities
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization
- Lead relationships with agencies and vendors to drive efficient campaign execution and scale as needed
What You Will Bring
Experience & Background
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a Leadership role especially in Technology Services domain
- Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs across inbound, paid media, events, Account Based Marketing, and partner channels in technology services, SaaS, or healthcare IT
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and achieving revenue targets through marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of USA market, including regional buyer behavior, local platforms, and campaign adaptation across various Industries
Modern Marketing Expertise
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of ABM strategies and tools for targeting enterprise healthcare accounts
- Experience with content marketing, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and video content
- Knowledge of growth marketing tactics and conversion rate optimization
Skills & Competencies

- Deliver specified percentage of sales pipeline from marketing-sourced opportunities
- Increase brand awareness metrics including website traffic, social media engagement, and share of voice
- Establish marketing analytics framework with clear attribution and ROI reporting
- Build a high-performing marketing team with defined roles and responsibilities
- Launch at least two major integrated campaigns targeting key healthcare segments
