As an Office Services Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily office operations in collaboration with the Bangalore team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining office facilities, managing vendors, organizing catering and events, handling office mail, and providing administrative support as required.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office facility vendors to ensure consistent standards of office maintenance and supplies. Collaborate with the office manager and facility team members to manage and source vendors for the office.
  • Lead and work with the Office Services Team to create a welcoming and comfortable workplace for team members, clients, and guests.
  • Provide leadership, management, coaching, and support for the Office Services Manager and Studio Coordinators.
  • Coordinate office moves, renovations, furnishings, and seating assignments.
  • Collaborate with Office Leaders on studio space planning and seating, forecasting upcoming changes and developing scenarios.
  • Review and approve invoices for all services performed and purchases made.
  • Streamline operations and maintain efficiencies through continuous improvements.
  • Manage building/office security programs.
  • Assist in ad hoc office services work including company events, client meetings, and staff trainings.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in office/facilities and team management
  • Event planning/management experience required
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills with an approachable personality
  • Strong facilitation, team building, relationship, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on employee/visitor experience with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Professional attitude and image
  • Passionate, proactive, mature, and independent thinking
