Job Description

Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support to insurance brokers in preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documents. - Conduct basic research on insurance products, pricing options, and market trends to support client servicing. - Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, clarify requirements, and respond to routine inquiries. - Assist in processing insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documentation accurately and within deadlines. - Handle administrative and operational tasks including data entry, filing, record maintenance, and report generation. - Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
