Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day tasks relating to regulatory (IFRS-17, Solvency II) and internal (KRI delivery, sustainability reports) reporting activities across reporting frameworks.
  • As an SME, Support data collection for regulatory and internal reports by compiling and reconciling data from multiple source systems and reporting tools within organization.
  • Support business teams in the definition of business requirements and translate these into more detailed technical requirements for use by the technology teams where required
  • Help co-ordinate the technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
  • Support the data and systems analysis activities within the project, identifying the business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Perform data mapping to ensure data is appropriately mapped based on data dictionary of reporting templates.
  • Perform first-level validation checks on reporting data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify data exceptions during report preparation and escalate issues with appropriate documentation.
  • Assist in preparing draft regulatory and management reports (quantitative and qualitative) as per reporting requirements - monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Support version control by tracking updates, changes, and timestamps for report drafts.
  • Coordinate with upstream data owners, IT teams, and risk/compliance stakeholders to resolve data or reporting issues
  • Regulatory Change & Impact Control: Monitor updates (such as IFRS 17, Solvency II, and sustainability frameworks) to perform gap analyses, adapt compliance reporting templates, and maintain an auditable log of reporting methodology changes
