Job Description

The Triage Data Complaint Evaluator will evaluate the inquiry for all medical devices distributed by our client and determine

if it is a complaint or not based on the definion established. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and priorizing

inquiries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The evaluator will collaborate with

cross-funconal teams to invesgate complaints, ensure mely resoluon, and enhance product quality and safety
