Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Management Trainee/Domain Trainee (Spanish), Underwriting Operations (P&C)!

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers.

Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with client UW and company stakeholders.

Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks

Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area

Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning

Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a function.

Root Cause Analysis on escalations received

Very good problem solving skills & attention to detail.

Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems

Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Any Graduate

B1/B2 proficiency in Spanish language

Fluent in English language - both Written and Oral

Communication - Good Written and spoken Communication Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Excel

Graduate in any stream except Technical

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Ability to own report development effort with minimal supervision.

Problem solving; data related troubleshooting such as identifying reconciliation variances, or determining cause of data anomalies.

Intermediate skills in MS Excel

Be able to prioritize based on due dates and task demands.
