Job Description
Most internships hand you a CRM to clean and a senior team to watch. This isn't that.
This is a front-line outbound role. From your first weeks you'll be running real prospecting campaigns into US and UK tech companies — building lists, writing sequences, sending emails, and getting on the phone. You'll hear "no." You'll book meetings. And you'll leave with something almost no fresher can put on a resume: a track record of pipeline you actually generated, in numbers.
Genetrix Technology is a Salesforce consulting and ISV partner serving clients across the US, UK, and APAC. You'll be doing outbound for real B2B engagements — not mock pitches, not practice accounts.
What you'll do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Run multi-channel outreach: cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to decision-makers at global tech companies
- Write and test outbound sequences and messaging
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the senior team
- Track activity and pipeline in the CRM and report on what's working
- Work directly with the founders — no three-layer reporting chain

Who we're looking for

- Self-driven, organized, and coachable
- Final-year students or recent graduates welcome; no prior sales experience required
- Interest in tech, SaaS, or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
The deal
- Fixed monthly stipend, guaranteed.

- Duration: 3 months, with an opportunity of getting a full time offer based on performance.
