Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Animator & Motion Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that engages audiences and supports marketing, branding, sales, HR, and corporate communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging, on-brand, and impactful video content for various business and marketing initiatives.
• Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into professional short-form videos (14 minutes) for digital and corporate platforms.
• Develop custom animated text, titles, transitions, and graphic elements based on project requirements.
• Perform advanced animation tasks including rotoscoping, motion tracking, masking, compositing, and overlays.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and project leads to maximize creative output.
• Select and synchronize music, sound effects, and audio tracks to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video and animation projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, product launches, and corporate branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Animation, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
