Key Account Manager- Operations

We are looking for a result-driven Key Account Manager – Operations to handle key client accounts with a strong focus on execution, service delivery, and operational efficiency. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless logistics operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for assigned key accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters
• Ensure timely vehicle placement, pickups, and deliveries as per client requirements
• Coordinate with traffic, fleet, and branch teams for smooth execution
• Monitor shipment movement, TAT, and service levels
• Handle daily operational issues, escalations, and ensure quick resolution
• Optimize vehicle utilization and manage return loads efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, PODs, and operational reports
• Share daily/weekly MIS reports with clients and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with billing team for timely invoicing and discrepancy resolution
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to improve service performance

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in logistics/transport operations
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and transport operations
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client handling ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling key accounts in logistics industry
• Strong operational planning and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
