Inventory Specialist

Job Description: Stock Auditor

Conduct regular physical stock audits at supermarket branches.

Compare physical stock with system (ERP/POS) records.

Identify shortages, excess, damaged, and expired items.

Perform surprise audits to ensure stock control.

Check compliance with GRN, billing, and stock transfer processes.

Prepare and submit audit reports with variance details.

Highlight stock discrepancies and root causes.

Support store teams in improving inventory accuracy.

Monitor and help reduce stock loss, shrinkage, and pilferage.

Travel to multiple branches and coordinate with store & warehouse teams.
